Albany Hotel, Edinburgh

My stay at the hotel was a mix of charm and slight inconvenience. The rooms exuded an old-fashioned elegance that was slightly worn out, but still comfortable. Navigating to my children's room felt like a maze due to the hotel's configuration. The service, while friendly and helpful, lacked proactive engagement at times. The location was excellent, close to transportation options and away from the hustle and bustle, but marred by unkempt areas. The dining experience was average, served with simple crockery, but the fresh products were a redeeming quality.
